Email hello@mallorcaspaintours.com. We answer within two working days. We do not publish a telephone number: this is a small editorial team, not a call centre, and a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all.
What we can help with
- A price, a timetable or a fare on this site that has changed.
- A trip that should be listed, or one that has stopped running.
- A question about how the site is funded — answered in full on our affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot help with
- Changing or cancelling a booking. The operator holds it. Use the confirmation email they sent you; every trip here refunds in full up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Refunds. We never take your payment, so we cannot return it.
- Railway tickets. The Sóller train and tram sell their own tickets at their own stations.
Mallorca — name, address and hours
Name
Mallorca (also written Majorca), Balearic Islands, Spain. The capital is Palma de Mallorca.
Address
Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain. The cruise berth used by the trips here is the Estáció Marítima on the Camí de l'Escullera; the marinas are Club de Mar, La Lonja, D-Marin Palma Cuarentena and the Real Club Náutico.
Hours
The island, its coast and the Serra de Tramuntana have no opening hours and no admission. The Ferrocarril de Sóller runs a daily timetable with departures from Palma from 10:10 and from Sóller from 09:00, and the tram between Sóller and the port runs every 30 minutes to an hour at peak times.

The trips on this site leave from Palma, Can Pastilla, El Arenal, Portals Nous, Magaluf, Santa Ponça, Peguera, Port d'Andratx, Cala Figuera, Manacor's east coast and Alcúdia. The map lists each one against the trips that use it.

The Mallorca Spain Tours team. We check fares, timetables and access against the bodies that publish them, and we say on each page when we last did it. Where two sources disagree, we say so rather than picking the tidier one.
